- We arrive with our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. Should you prefer us to use any of your products, we are more than willing to accommodate your request! You will have one cleaner sent each time.
2.) What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept various forms of payment options, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept a Venmo payment or cash, but it must be placed in an envelope labeled with our company name. Please note that we do not accept checks.
3.) Are your cleaners insured and trusted?
- Yes, our cleaners are insured and trustworthy. They undergo thorough background checks and rigorous training with the team. Our team is small and close-knit, having known each other for over 11 years. We are not currently hiring new members.
4.) What is your cancel policy?
- At Snapdragon Cleaning Services, we request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) could incur a fee of $30. - Yes, you can request the same cleaner for each visit. As a small company, Snapdragon Cleaning Services values building strong relationships with our clients. We ensure you have the same trusted cleaner for every appointment to better understand your specific cleaning preferences and deliver consistent service.
6.) Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
- Yes, we offer discounts and promotions! First-time clients receive a 10% discount on their first cleaning service. We also have seasonal promotions, referral discounts, and special rates for recurring services. Promotions and deals will be posted as they become available. You can also contact us directly for the latest offers.
7.) Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
- No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Our team at Snapdragon Cleaning Services is trustworthy and close-knit. You can leave us with a garage or door passcode, or hide a key and let us know where it is. We'll clean your home, lock up, and return the key to its hiding place. We do not keep keys or hold on to them for you.
8.) What should I do to prepare for a cleaning?
- To prepare for a cleaning appointment with Snapdragon Cleaning Services, please declutter surfaces and floors, secure valuables, provide access (e.g., garage or door passcode, or hidden key), and make arrangements for pets. Communicate any specific cleaning requests or areas of concern to our team in advance.
9.) What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
- At Snapdragon Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will offer a partial refund and a discount on your next cleaning service. Additionally, we will make sure to address and improve the areas of concern in your next appointment to ensure you are completely happy with our service.
10.) Do you get on ladders or stools?
- No, we do not use ladders or stools for safety concerns.
11.) Are you tasked with cleaning litter boxes or dealing with dog and human waste?
- No, we do not clean litter boxes or handle the removal of dog or human waste. We will work around any of these areas and those spots will be skipped
12.) Do I need to sign a contract or agreement?
- No, you are not locked into any contract or agreement with Snapdragon Cleaning Services. You can opt to discontinue our services at any time.
13.) When is payment due?
- Payment by cash is due at the time of service. Please place cash in an envelope labeled with our company name and sign off. Payment by card will have an invoice sent to your email after the service.
14.) Do you move furniture?
- No, employees are not required to move heavy furniture or appliances to prevent the risk of injury.
15.) Are tips required?
- Although tips are appreciated, they are not required. From previous experiences, customers usually leave a 15-20% tip for our cleaners.
Policies and Disclaimers
1.) Liability Disclaimer:
- Snapdragon Cleaning Services exercises meticulous care with your possessions; however, the company and its employees assume no responsibility for damage or loss of items. We advise securing any valuables or delicate items prior to our visit. By engaging our services, the client releases the company, its owner, and employees from any liability for property damage and any property damage resulting from the use of cleaning products, whether suggested by us or the client. Additionally, we prefer to keep animals in a secure location or accommodation; the company or employees are not responsible for them should they escape.
2.) Privacy Policy:
- We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the necessary information, including your name, email address, cellphone number, and home address. This information is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with any third parties. All card payments are securely handled by Square, and we do not have access to your payment details. Additionally, no cookies are used on our site.
3.) Cleaning Results Disclaimer:
- Please note that the cleanliness of different areas in your home may vary depending on their condition and the level of buildup. Some areas may not be completely clean on the first visit. However, recurring cleans will improve these areas over time. Upon inspection of the home during your initial cleaning, our Cleaning Technicians may determine that more time is required, which could result in an additional charge. Our cleaning technician will not address black mold. If roaches or other rodents are present, they will vacate the premises.
